The Clarksville Campus of North Georgia Technical Institute is located
in Habersham County with a 1997
enrollment of 1,070 students. North Georgia Tech is fully accredited by
both the Accrediting Commission of the Council on Occupational
Education and the State board of Technical and Adult Education.
Located only eighteen miles east, North Georgia Technical Institute has
built a 5.5 million state-of-the-art
facility located on 25 acres along the Zell Miller Parkway – just
outside the city of Blairsville, Georgia.
Technology pervades every aspect of the Blairsville Campus’ programs
and services, which are planned
to meet the needs of the community and surrounding area including
Fannin County.
Many of the programs at the Blairsville Campus are the same as offered
by Pickens Tech but with the
added convenience of being a much closer commute.
